Man Arrested After Merseyside Murder

Merseyside Police can confirm that a man has been arrested as part of an on-going investigation into the murder of Kevin Wilson.
A 30-year-old man from the Smithdown Road area of Liverpool has today, Wednesday 11 February 2015, been arrested on suspicion of attempting to pervert the course of justice and theft.
He remains in police custody at this time.
Kevin Wilson died after been shot near to the junction of Smithdown Road and Holmes Street on Saturday, 7 February.
A post-mortem examination confirmed he died as a result of a single gunshot wound.
