Shropshire Man Charged With Firearm Offence

A 42 year-old man from Shrewsbury has been charged with three offences involving a firearm and drugs.
It follows an incident in the Sundorne area of Shrewsbury on Wednesday, 28 October 2015 where a man was arrested on suspicion of firearms offences.
On Friday 30 October 2015, Jeffrey Page of Ferndale Road, Shrewsbury was charged with possession of a firearm without a certificate, possession of a loaded/unloaded firearm and suitable ammunition in a public place and possession of a Class B drug.
He has been remanded in custody until his appearance at Telford Magistrates Court on Thursday 10th December.
