Deandre Bailey, aged 24, of no fixed address, has been remanded into custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court today (Monday 8 August).

He was arrested on Saturday 6 August in the Ladywood area.

Kenichi, aged 18, was shot dead as he sat in a black Seat Leon on St Marks Crescent in the Ladywood area of the city just before 7pm on Thursday 17 March.

Two other people have already been charged with the murder of Kenichi and are currently remanded into custody; Dean Silvera, aged 37 from Dial Close, Druids Heath and a 17-year-old youth, who cannot be named due to his age.

Detectives have also named a key suspect wanted in connection with the murder.

He is 36-year-old Isaiah Wright-Young (pictured) of no fixed address from the Birmingham area.

The public are urged not to approach Wright-Young if seen but to call 999 immediately.

Detective Inspector Jim Munro, from Force CID, said: "Three people have now been charged in relation to the shooting of Kenichi Phillips on 17 March but this investigation is still very active.

"It's important we locate Isaiah Wright-Young as soon as possible and I would urge anyone with any information about his whereabouts to contact us."
