Two Men Arrested After Murder Of Woman In Abingdon

Thames Valley Police has arrested two men on suspicion of the murder of Kerry Reeves in Abingdon.

One man, aged 20, from Corby, Northamptonshire, was arrested last night (9/11) on suspicion of murder.

Another man, aged 20, from Ealing, London, who was previously arrested in connection with the murder on Wednesday (4/11), was re-arrested this morning (10/11) on suspicion of murder.

Both men are currently in police custody.

At around 8.20pm last Tuesday (3/11) the emergency services were called to a report of a shooting of a woman in Thornhill Walk off Northcourt Road.

Kerry Reeves, aged 26, from Abingdon, died in hospital at 11:43am on Thursday (5/11).

A post mortem was carried out yesterday and the preliminary cause of death is a gunshot wound to the head.
